Hi All and happy hump day!! Today’s good sports news comes from J.J Watt of the Houston Texans.

This story was from last week, but I just happened to see it today. So, I thought it was worth sharing in case you hadn’t heard it!

What happened was – someone on Twitter sent a tweet out to J.J. Watt letting him know about a boy who was hit by a truck. He tweeted at Watt because he was crying because the EMTs had to cut off his Watt jersey.

You never know what will happen when you send something like that out to the world of twitter. But, in this case, the Texans defensive end saw the tweet and had an amazing response.

And, he lived up to that promise, visiting him in the hospital with a new jersey in hand.

See, Twitter isn’t all bad! Here’s to hoping for a speedy recovery for the young boy. Thank you guys for watching, and that is it for today’s good sports news!
